From November 8 to 10, 2022, a seminar on high-quality forest plants and seedlings was organized within the framework of the grant project “Forest resilience of Armenia, enhancing adaptation and rural green growth via mitigation”, implemented by “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” State Agency, in order to increase the potential of the staff of “Hayantar” SNCO.
The three-day training took place on November 8 in the Tsaghkadzor community, on November 9 in the Hayantar nursery in Hrazdan, and on November 10 in the Vanadzor community.
The main purpose of the seminar was:
- to establish the application of a new procedure for collecting and processing seeds,
- to introduce modern technologies and experience in the production and management of nurseries used by the project.
