On July 4, 2019 in the Artik municipality took place the first meeting of the managerial interdepartmental board of “Artik city closed stone pit wastes and flood management” pilot project. The president of the Board, General Secretary of the ministry of Environment Vahe Jilavyan and Board members were present during the meeting. In the welcoming speech director of “EPIU” SA Meruzhan Galstyan has presented the project, its components, envisaged activities, expected results and responded to the interested questions. Board asserted the envisaged schedule of activities and procurement plan for 2019 in the frameworks of the project. Afterward, monitoring of project inclusive areas was organized with the participation of board members.
