A training course on improvement of SNCO staff qualification managing SPNAs envisaged under “Improvement of Specially Protected Nature Areas (SPNA) management system of the Republic of Armenia through strengthening the international cooperation and capacity building of SPNA managing staff” project funded by the British Embassy in Armenia was organized by the “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” State Institution for the staff of “Khosrov Forest”State reserve On November 20, 2018, at “Khosrov Forest” State reserve. Presentations were made by the Deputy Director of the “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” State Institution Samvel Baloyan, Head of eco-educational project unit Rubik Shahazizyan, Head of donor supported project unit Edik Voskanyan and chief specialist of eco-educational project unit Gevorg Mirzoyan. Participants received certificates at the completion of the training. A welcoming speech was made by Hrachya Hovakimyan, Director of “Khosrov Forest” State Reserve” SNCO at the beginning of the course. In his speech he mentioned the importance of conducting such trainings. Later presentations were made by the Deputy Director of the “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” State Institution Samvel Baloyan, Head of eco-educational project unit Rubik Shahazizyan, Head of donor supported project unit Edik Voskanyan and chief specialist of eco-educational project unit Gevorg Mirzoyan. Participants received certificates at the completion of the training.
